 Problems after artificial granite paving:

1. The reason for the black seam: the artificial granite has just been paved, and the joint treatment is not done after the evaporation of the water in the mortar. The moisture in the mortar oozes out from the gap of the artificial granite, causing the sealant to become black. . (The best time for caulking is 12 days after the artificial granite pavement).

 2, the reason for the hollow: the sticky artificial granite mortar is too large, the sand and cement are not evenly mixed, the cement is muddy and the thickness is uneven. The artificial granite structure is compact and the water absorption rate is low. The multi-water water under the artificial granite cannot migrate out of the granite surface. The clay shrinks quickly. When the pavement is finished, some people walk on the granite, which may cause the granite to loosen and hollow.

3. Causes of scratching and loss of light: After the artificial granite paving is finished, the finished product is not protected. The on-site debris is stacked without the rank, the sandstone hard object scratches the artificial granite surface, causing scratches, scratches and loss of light. .

 4. Causes of breakage: There is no back mesh glue at the bottom of the artificial granite. Therefore, it is very brittle. The construction workers hammer it hard, and the granite is easy to be cracked. The cement mortar at the bottom shrinks and the crack breaks into a crack and turns into a fracture. The cause of the breakage is also caused by improper transportation, handling, placement, etc., and there is no crack on the surface when it is not paved. After cement paving, the cement shrinks, and the crack becomes very fracture after a few days).

 5. The reason for the rise of the middle bulge: the strong alkaline cement is used for the plastering of the artificial granite. The bottom of the artificial granite is about 3 mm by the strong alkali cement. Because the artificial granite is not breathable, the groundwater gas migrates upwards. The water vapor passes through the strong alkali corrosion layer and cracks the surface of the artificial granite.

 Overall grinding construction process:

1. Use the electric hammer to punch the 6MM hole in the artificial stone bulge  and use the water suction machine to absorb and suck.

 2, using water-based epoxy glue with a high-pressure syringe to injection into the artificial granite hole, to be saturated, water-based epoxy glue is hydrophilic, able to absorb a small amount of excess water in the hole, 24 hours after the water-based epoxy After the glue is fully cured.

3. Use 307 unsaturated polyester resin and artificial granite to mix evenly with the same color, and repair the cracks and holes in the artificial granite block. After the glue is completely dried, the diamond-cut abrasive is used for the trimming.

4. Rough grinding: Use 50#, 150# diamond resin hard abrasive or diamond bitumen 60#, 120#, 220# grinding block (rough grinding, do not use soft water grinding disc for grinding, easy to appear wave, affect flatness) The amount of coarse grinding water should be large. After each grinding, the water should be thoroughly absorbed. Check whether the deep scribe left by the cutting abrasive is ground with 50# abrasive, and so on. The machine is grinding. The coarse grinding accounts for 45% of the total grinding. Time is the key link to ensure the quality of project completion.

 5, fine grinding: use 300 #, 500 #, 1000 # diamond resin hard abrasive, fine grinding accounted for 35% of the overall time, fine grinding to 500 # after the emergence of the first light, fine grinding to 1000 # after the gloss can be Up to 50 degrees.

 6. Fine grinding: using 2000#, 3000# diamond resin hard abrasive or diamond resin soft water grinding sheet for grinding, fine grinding accounts for 20% of the total grinding time, the gloss is not improved after fine grinding, but artificial granite The surface density is improved, laying a solid foundation for oxalic acid blocks and polishing powder and pulp polishing.

7. Polishing: use more than 2HP, speed 175---210 rev / min, weight 70 kg crystal machine, animal hair content 70% animal hair pad with polishing powder or polishing slurry plus a small amount of water for polishing, after polishing The artificial granite surface has a gloss of more than 80 degrees.

8, crystal hardening treatment: the use of crystal machine power 2HP or more, speed 175 - 210 rev / min, weight 70 kg with cleaning pad (white or red), steel wool (1 #), steel wool disk uniform roll flat Spread on a white or red cleaning pad, evenly spread the crystal surface hardener spray can on the artificial granite surface, start the crystal machine to walk 1.5 meters wide and 1.5 meters long, and repeatedly walk 6 times round and round, through steel wool and The surface friction of the artificial granite generates heat and reacts with fluoride ions and a small amount of resin in the hardener to produce a fluorinated fluoride crystal layer, which is glassy, has high hardness, wear resistance, transparency, water resistance, stain resistance, and non-slip resistance.
